Rosella Del Balzo works in foreign sales and markets start up, doing development and management mainly related (but not only) to the AFRICAN countries.
She manages all the main projects related to those markets from the very first approach with architects, designers, developers, building companies till the final securing of the project. She does management of every single project from the first approach till delivery and installation. Definition of business plans and strategies. She has negotiations skills in relation with price building and quotations, strategies and business plan drawing. She has an important knowledge of the necessary commercial aspects and elements (financials/payment terms /Documentary credits/etc.) developing Marketing tools knowledge and application in daily duty, acquired through dedicated training and post-graduation courses.
