The company is founded by Rosella Del Balzo, commercial consultant, and Federica Martinetto, architect and interior designer.
DBM design works on the African market doing the “trait d’union” between the made in Italy furniture design and the clients demand.

Del Balzo
Rosella Del Balzo works in foreign sales and markets start up, doing development and management mainly related (but not only) to the AFRICAN countries.
She manages all the main projects related to those markets from the very first approach with architects, designers, developers, building companies till the final securing of the project. She does management of every single project from the first approach till delivery and installation. Definition of business plans and strategies. She has negotiations skills in relation with price building and quotations, strategies and business plan drawing. She has an important knowledge of the necessary commercial aspects and elements (financials/payment terms /Documentary credits/etc.) developing Marketing tools knowledge and application in daily duty, acquired through dedicated training and post-graduation courses.
Interior Designer
Federica
Martinetto
Architect graduated in 2000 at the University of Polytechnic, Torino, Italy. She lived for more than 10 years in France, Paris, where she could join a French architect working mostly on international projects. This experience was the beginning of her international background and influence. After a few years in Sydney, Australia, where she mostly worked as business developer in interior design, she moved back to Italy.
Back in 2015, she worked as a project manager for NH Hotels and then as a product manager for Abet Laminati.
She is now founder and co-director of two companies which influence each other constantly. P+M architects and DBM design. The first one dedicated mostly to architectural projects and project management, the second one based on luxury interior design consultancy. DBM design works on the African market doing the “trait d’union” between the made in Italy furniture design and the clients demand.

Fabrizio
Reina
Fabrizio is currently specialized as Business Developer and Export Manager in furniture, interior and light design for international and Italian brands. Combining several knowledges from economics to public relations, from design to culture, he acts as the perfect link between suppliers and customers (mainly architects, interior designers, developers and contractors), helping both sides during the selection, the negotiation and the decision-making process. English, and French speaking, he has solid knowledge and extensive background in furniture, materials and interior-design due to his past collaborations with high-end Italian brands as well as business strategy and negotiations, communication, B2B marketing with cross-cultural approach.
